This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").

- Financial information related to accredited investor verification
- Internet/network activity (browsing data, device information)
- Geolocation (approximate, derived from IP)
- Inferences drawn from the above
Sources: directly from you; automatically from your device; from third-party verification services.
How we use it
Purposes are described in our Privacy Policy. We use personal information to operate the Sites, respond to inquiries, verify accredited investor status, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud.
Sale or sharing
Capital United does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral trackers.
Your CCPA rights
Subject to verification, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell;
- Access the personal information we have collected about you;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Limit use of sensitive personal information;
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Submit a verifiable request by emailing privacy@capunited.com with subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension as permitted.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written authorization and may verify your identity directly.
