This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit websites operated by Capital United (the "Sites"), including marketing and information pages relating to the Cap-U Fuel Innovation 100 fund, and when you interact with us in connection with our advisory services.

- Accreditation information: when you request access to offering materials, we collect information necessary to verify accredited investor status under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, which may include income, net worth, professional certifications, or third-party verification letters.

- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, date/time of visit, and approximate geographic location.

- Respond to inquiries and provide requested materials, including the Confidential Offering Memorandum;

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: third-party vendors that host, operate, or support the Sites and our business (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, accredited-investor verification services), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Affiliates and advisers: our affiliated funds and professional advisers (legal, audit, accounting) as reasonably necessary for the conduct of our business.
- Regulators and law enforcement: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Sites and, with your consent, Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral trackers. The Sites also use browser local and session storage for essential, non-tracking functions - remembering your cookie choice, page-transition state, and your accredited-investor / qualified-purchaser access confirmation for the current browsing session. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with regulatory record-keeping requirements (including those applicable to investment advisers and Reg D issuers), and resolve disputes.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The Sites are not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
