These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites operated by Capital United, LLC ("Capital United," "we," "our," or "us"), including marketing and information pages relating to the Cap-U Fuel Innovation 100 fund. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.
Important
The Sites and the information they contain do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities. Any offer or sale of securities is made only through the confidential offering memorandum, limited partnership agreement, and subscription documents (the "Offering Documents"). By requesting Offering Documents, you represent that you qualify as an accredited investor under SEC Rule 501(a) and consent to third-party verification. Certain sections of the Sites are restricted to accredited investors and qualified purchasers and require self-certification before viewing; you agree not to access those sections unless you meet the applicable criteria.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
